Electrical Pipes

  1. We manufacture pipes in three different varieties to cater to various market requirements. We show the quality of our pipes to our customers by bending them in shapes of ‘O’ ,’L’, and like a spring.

1. General market quality

These were the first variety of pipes we introduced in the market. We still have a sizeable demand for these pipes owing to their consistent performance and quality.

These pipes are marketed under SIVAA, PREEMIER brand names.

Colours
Standard colour is grey. Also available in various colours(subject to minimum order quantity) for colour coding of wiring for power, fire alarm, Telecom, UPS, CCTV, Data cabling and sound system.

Characteristics :

High Corrosion Resistance – Our rigid PVC conduits are free from rust and not attacked by corrosive saline atmosphere and excessive humidity.

Fire resistance – Our rigid PVC Conduits are fire retardant and self extinguishing. Hence they are less hazardous and safer than other thermoplastic pipes.

Conductivity -The electrical conductivity of PVC is low and therefore prevent electrical shocks and shorts.This is most suitable as electrical conduits.

Easy Installation and no Maintenance - Our rigid PVC conduits can be shaped and jointed without difficulty. Conduits of 19,20 and 25mm can be bent in “O” shape and 32mm in “L” shape without any aid. Bends can also be made by heating.

2. FRLS quality(Fire retardant Low smoke)

PVC resin the basic raw material has self extinguishing property while few other additives (plastisizers, lubricants) added during processing are of oil or paraffin base. These additives emit smoke in times of fires. The smoke increases the fatality rate during fire accidents due to suffocation. Hence, the FRLS pipe compounds consist of additives with higher oxygen index and low smoke index. These pipes are sold under the AKSHARA brand.

3. ISI quality as per IS:9537 Part 3

These pipes are manufactured according to Indian standard IS9537 Part 3.
Our company is certified and have been given a licence (CM/L: 4760268) by Bureau of Indian standards.
